A fascinating mix of British and American music featuring some unjustly neglected songs by women composers alongside Britten and Barber, such as Florence Price. Her song ‘Night’ exemplifies several aspects of the understated beauty and richness of her style.

Based on the themes of love, loss, solitude and transformation, Helena Ricci’s recital programme is centred around her new recording ‘Anima’. It is an intimate journey from J.S. Bach to Philip Glass and Max Richter presented with Helena’s distinctive charm and authenticity.
