London Metropolitan Brass were formed in 2016, with current students at the Royal Academy of Music, selected to represent the Academy in this newly-formed quintet. In 2017, the quintet won the Worshipful Company of Musicians Brass Ensembles Prize and are quickly become a well established chamber ensemble.
Our 'ever open' doors are opened even wider this Saturday as part of Open House London - the capital's largest annual festival of architecture and design.

Pianist Dimitri Malignan was born in 1998 in Paris. Dimitri is the grandson of Henry Malineanu, a famous Romanian composer. Cellist Cornelius Zirbo is studying at Dinu Lipatti National High School of Arts in Bucharest with prof. Octavian Lup.
