The Sarah Mai Band
An evening of raw Blues, Swing & Jazz
Sarah Mai and her band present an evening of high energy Rhythm & Blues. An immensely fun show of raw Blues, Swing & Jazz. Expect huge vocals, thumping rhythms, huge sax and a beat to get your feet tapping or perhaps even dancing!
Drawing influence from Rhythm & Blues, Rockabilly and Rock & Roll, Sarah Mai is fast becoming one of the UK’s leading R&B vocalists. Her powerhouse vocal and cheeky personality are the ideal combination on stage. Combine this with the country’s top R&B musicians and you can guarantee an electric performance. With super high energy and masterful skill, it’s hard to keep still when you hear this band at work turning familiar songs into new classics.
“Sarah Mai is a brilliant songstress who takes those classics (and some lesser-known songs) and turns them into her own songs, with her personality, energy, and a healthy dose of soul.” – The Rockabilly Chronicle.
Doors open from 7pm allowing you plenty of time to settle in, and enjoy some delicious food and drinks before the show starts at 8pm.
