Collection – Ally Hargreaves did almost every job at St Martin’s (besides clergy) from 1987 before becoming Executive Director in 2012. It’s fair to say no one has done more to make St Martin’s the institution it is today than her. She will be leaving St Martin’s after 34 years in July. We shall say farewell after the 10am service on June 27. You are invited to contribute to a collection to purchase a leaving gift to Ally from the PCC and congregation. Click here to contribute online or contact Siân (sian.conway@smitf.org).

Annual Meeting of Parishioners and Annual Parochial Church Meeting (AMP & APCM) – Monday 24 May 6pm, on Zoom
PCC and Churchwarden Elections At the AMP and APCM there will be elections for churchwardens (elected for one year, up to a maximum of six) and PCC members (elected for three years, renewable once). Chris Braganza and Catherine Jackson have indicated they do not plan to stand again this year. Two PCC members’ terms expire this year; one intends to stand for a second term. If you are on the Electoral Roll and are interested in standing as churchwarden or as a PCC member, please speak to the vicar or the current churchwardens. Please visit the Diocese of London’s website, or contact Siân, for nomination forms.
Voting People who can’t attend the meeting can apply for a postal vote by contacting Siân before the meeting date. Those who can vote are those on the Electoral Roll who are present at the meeting and those who have applied for a postal vote.
Annual Report and Accounts We would normally aim to publish these at least 10 days before the APCM. Due to the constraints of COVID, the accounts are taking longer than in previous years. A few printed copies will be available in church at the 10am on Sunday 23 May and we will post on the Congregation Facebook page. If you would like a copy to be emailed to you, please email Siân (sian.conway@smitf.org).
