Feeling the need to reconnect with faith and friends? It’s been a difficult year and we haven’t seen each other as much as we’d like. However, we have a new opportunity for us to regroup and reconnect with a small group of people from our church to get back on track with our faith and find a deeper experience of friendship with those we worship alongside. Pick a group and sign up now by emailing sian.conway@smitf.org. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to end this year stronger and more connected. Seven new Being With groups will be starting in the autumn, specifically for the congregation. Pick your favourite member of the clergy or lay leader for a chance to refresh and rejuvenate using different themed reflections and discussions each week. The course will run for 10 weeks, led by:
Sam Wells & Lois Howarth (Wednesday 8-9.30pm),
Sally Hitchiner & Jeff Claxton (Thursday 7.30-9pm),
Richard Carter & Wendy Quill (Tuesday 6.30-8pm),
Catherine Duce & Matt Frost (Thursday 8-9.30pm),
Mel & Steve Adams (Tuesday 7-8.30pm),
Open Circle Leaders (Thursday 8-9.30pm), and
Sally & Russ Rook (Tuesday 6.30-8pm).
Please get in touch with Siân (sian.conway@smitf.org) if you have any questions or to sign up.
